Processing

Orders are dispatched within 24-72 hours on business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email as soon as it ships.

Delivery

Shipping is free and tracked on every order. Typical delivery is 3–6 days after dispatch. In rare cases of carrier disruption, delivery can take up to 30 days — see our Refund Policy for how non-delivery claims are handled within that window.

Tracking

Your tracking number is emailed at dispatch. Allow up to 24 hours for the first tracking scan to appear.

Shipping address

Customers are responsible for entering a correct, complete delivery address. Orders lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address are not eligible for a refund; we're happy to reship at cost.
