Overview

By placing an order at snoozeroo.co you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which are incorporated into every purchase.

Orders & pricing

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity. Promotions and bundle discounts may change or end at any time.

All sales final

As set out in our Refund Policy: we do not offer refunds or returns; we offer one free size swap per order; and up to 30 days from the order date is allowed for delivery before a non-delivery claim is considered valid.

Payment disputes

You agree to contact our support team and to allow the 30-day delivery window to pass before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Disputes initiated contrary to this policy will be contested with order, tracking, and delivery evidence.

Safe use

The Snoozeroo pouch must be used following safe babywearing practice: baby's face visible, chin off chest, airway clear, and an attentive adult at all times. It is not a restraint, car-seat, or sleep device, and it does not replace adult supervision.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snoozeroo's total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
